I bought two bands at the same time and only wore one for about 4 months then changed it out for the more wintery one. I had an issue shortly after I started wearing it. Although technically out of warranty, I was given an exceptional offer to replace it. Excellent communication great product. I will continue to order more of these beautiful bands!

This is my second Bohemian watch like this. The elastic cord on the first one broke after 4 months. I asked customer support to replace it, but could only buy a replacement for $22. So, although I love the watchbands from this company, I feel like they should last awhile with normal wearing. A bit disappointed in the return policy.

This is my fourth watch band. I love the wearability. Recently one of the bands snapped the plastic twine that holds the band together. The company quickly replaced it and only charged me shipping. Great customer service.
