I first bought size L for the band. I previously bought about 15 bands in size I lost some weight and tried size S. That wasn’t the answer. One of your customer service ladies helped me get a M. I didn’t even know you could do that. So I have a bunch that just roll and turn, but my M blue is my favorite…it fits and I wear a bunch of blue outfits. I feel you should offer size M in the bands. My wrist measurement is just a hair under 6.25” and the band is a bit tight, and difficult to pull on/off over my hand. I feel like just 1 more stone in the band would make it fit perfectly! I love the look of the stone bands.

My wrist measured at the top of the small range, but when my watchbands came, they were a little tight, one moreso than the other. I emailed Anna in customer service and she couldn't have been more helpful....so polite, caring, and prompt. She wanted me to be completely satisfied with their product. She asked for my exact wrist measurements, and pictures. We exhanged that info and I ended up with 2 wonderful bands that fit perfectly and get lots of compliments. The quality of band appears to be high end so we will determine this after wearing band for a while. Beautiful color! Ordered the ‘all’ turquoise band and not as happy about color.
I was a bit apprehensive because I am allergic to most metals that include nickel. So far, everything is fine. My watch back case is titanium and either the band does not touch my skin or the properties of the metal is safe.
My daughter-in-law enjoyed this blue watchband. I bought the first one for my other daughter-in-law, but I believe it is too small. Is there a way I can exchange it for a larger size? I have one of the purple ones and I like it very much.

I love your Apple Watch straps. I have over 15 and have given many as gifts. Besides earrings, these watch bands are my only bodily adornments are Cape Diablo Apple Watch bands.
This one is great but I haven’t received the other two I ordered. I got an empty ripped open envelope in the mail. Supposedly they are investigating with the carrier (I don’t know what that is going to reveal). I order a lot by mail and have never had to wait for an ‘investigation’ before. Not real happy overall. Product I received is nice but with all the hassle I probably won’t order again.
